Proposals and project terms
A service begins only after both parties accept a written scope, price, schedule, and payment terms. If a project proposal conflicts with this page, the accepted project proposal controls.
Results and third-party platforms
ILift does not guarantee search rankings, Google Maps positions, inclusion in AI answers, advertising results, revenue, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms. Results depend on competition, business inputs, platform changes, and other factors outside ILift's control.
Intellectual property
Site copy, branding, graphics, and original materials on this website belong to ILift unless stated otherwise. Ownership and licensing for client work are defined in the applicable project proposal.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, chat, downloads, or other site features; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with site operation; or use the site in violation of applicable law.
