Choose a small, repeatable task.
A useful first workflow might be auditing a page, preparing a draft, or finding product descriptions that need attention. Write down the input, expected output, and the person responsible for checking it. Avoid starting with permission to change the entire site.
Separate evidence from action.
Ask the system to show what it found before asking it to change anything. For a page improvement, that can mean identifying unclear navigation or a competing call to action and proposing a specific edit. Keep the original page available for comparison.
Make the approval step explicit.
Decide who can approve publication, price changes, customer messages, or other consequential work. Review permissions on the connected site. An AI-generated draft and a published page are different states and should be treated that way.
Verify the result where people will use it.
After an approved change, open the page on desktop and mobile. Check links, forms, readability, and the specific behavior that was supposed to improve. Keep a record of the work and a way to recover the previous version.
